Comments
We collect the personal information from you as given in the forms provided on this website and which you supply voluntarily. If visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. 

How do we use your information?
We may use your personal information to contact you in order to answer, comment and follow up on any communication you have initiated with us. This can mean sending information to you by email or other means about our products, services and promotions, unless you have directed us not to contact you. We may use technical information to analyse trends and statistics, to protect our website or to help us improve the website and/or our products and services.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
